Customer Care - The Studio One to One Make-up Artist interacts with clients and prospects to educate them on the process and product options. They consult with the clients to determine their needs and provide a great photographic makeover and hair style by utilizing Studio One to One’s guidelines. The Make-up Artist also coordinates their process and activities with other studio team members to create an great customer experience.
SALES PERSON RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Consult with each customer to determine their needs

  • Maintain camera equipment, props and backgrounds

  • Record all required information for each client
  • Provide store tours when not engaged in sales sessions
